U.S. Bank is seeking a strategic Head of Branch channel to lead merchant referrals and activations across branches within USB CBB. The role oversees a multi-faceted sales organization, including virtual and in-branch teams, and partners with Marketing, Product, and Card teams to drive growth.

The Head will manage approximately 80 FTE, develop senior-level relationships with regional executives, and own the roadmap for digital tools to improve conversions in the virtual space.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development with increasing leadership responsibility; financial industry preferred.
• 7+ years in management roles, preferably leading other leaders.
• Strong sales pipeline management and prospecting knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute plans to prospect, recruit and activate small business clients with branch relationships.
• Drive merchant product education with bankers and design momentum initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maximize Branch footprint for awareness and prospecting.
• Partner with CBB, Product and Card to design deepening initiatives.
• Lead a high-performance merchant sales team and set incentives and goals.
• Manage requests to Elavon product to stay competitive and articulate value propositions.
• Own roadmap for digital sales tools to boost virtual conversions.
• Plan, direct and coordinate budgets aligned with goals.
• Contribute to strategy as a member of the CBB Merchant Revenue Leadership team.
