Job summary

First American in Springfield, IL is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own data integrity, systems, and performance measurement. You will unify data across CRM, MAP, and analytics, and build governance and dashboards to drive decision-making.

As a people leader, you will coach a growing team, establish scalable processes, and partner with IT, Analytics, and divisional teams to ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 7+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or related data-driven marketing roles.
• Experience managing and developing operational or technical talent.
• Proven track record in tracking, attribution, and campaign QA.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance processes.
• Strong attention to detail with a reputation for data accuracy and operational rigor.
• Collaborative leader who can partner across marketing, analytics, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Unify marketing data across CRM, MAP, paid media, and analytics into a single, trusted view.
• Establish data governance practices to improve data availability and accuracy.
• QA lead routing and conversion tracking for data integrity.
• Build dashboards for spend, performance, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate with Analytics and IT to ensure integrations and data pipelines are accurate and accessible.
• Lead the operations and governance backbone of the Performance Marketing CoE.
• Coach and develop talent while building scalable processes for future growth.
