Lanco Group seeks a Director of Learning & Technical Training to shape and scale a comprehensive learning and training program across manufacturing and corporate functions in Markham, IL. You will lead strategy, governance, and program delivery to raise workforce capability and leadership pipelines.

You will drive compliance, oversee a center for aftermarket training, and partner with operations, safety, and HR to build a sustainable talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development or Technical Training
• 5+ years in leadership
• Experience with LMS/LXP and digital learning tools
• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategy and workforce capability aligned with business goals
• Oversee compliance, safety, certification and technical training programs
• Build and scale technical talent through apprenticeship and training programs
• Leverage learning technology and KPI reporting to measure impact
