Description

Shape the Future of Workforce Capability at Lanco

At Lanco Group of Companies, our people are our greatest advantage. We are seeking a builder and strategic leader who can design, launch, and scale learning and technical training programs that strengthen workforce capability across our operations and corporate functions.

This role is about more than training. It is an opportunity to build programs that strengthen leadership pipelines, accelerate time to competency, develop skilled technical and industrial talent, and drive operational and customer success through technical expertise.

What You Will Do

Lead Learning Strategy & Workforce Capability
Define and execute a learning strategy aligned with business goals, partnering with Operations, Safety, and HR to assess workforce needs, improve time to competency, develop leadership pipelines, and build sustainable skilled-trade and apprenticeship programs.

Drive Compliance & Technical Excellence
Oversee safety, regulatory, certification, and technical training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to perform safely and effectively. Lead the company's aftermarket service technician's technical training center, providing high-quality product and equipment training for internal teams and external customers while supporting customer success and revenue growth.

Build & Scale Technical Talent
Develop skills frameworks and training programs that strengthen industrial manufacturing capability across critical roles. Partner with Operations and external training institutions to support apprenticeship and skilled-trade development and build a sustainable pipeline of technical talent.

Leverage Learning Technology & Insights
Lead the company's LMS, LXP, and digital learning tools to create a scalable learning environment. Convert operational knowledge, technical procedures, and best practices into accessible learning resources and use data and KPI reporting to measure effectiveness and support workforce decisions.

Why This Role Matters

This is an opportunity to build and shape Lanco's learning and industrial training strategy while making a direct impact on workforce readiness, leadership development, technical expertise, customer success, and business growth.

We foster a collaborative team environment that values innovation and encourages creative solutions to drive positive organizational impact. Our employees are the key to our success and help us stand out from our competitors. The base pay range for this role is $120,000 to $145,000. The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location. We offer competitive pay, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and develop high-performing training teams
  • Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP platforms, digital learning tools, adoption, and effectiveness measurement
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, training partners, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong communication, project management, and execution skills with a strategic, customer-focused mindset
