Johnson Controls is seeking an Associate Director, Learning & Development for Manufacturing & Global Supply Chain to lead the design, development and deployment of enterprise learning programs across our global plant network.

The role partners with Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, HR, and L&D to identify workforce capability needs, develop scalable solutions, and drive adoption of enterprise learning standards that uplift readiness and performance.

Responsibilities

• Leads design and deployment of enterprise manufacturing learning programs across the global plant network.
• Collaborates with Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, HR and L&D to identify workforce capability needs.
• Develops scalable learning solutions and standards to improve readiness and performance.
• Creates role-based learning pathways, qualification frameworks and certification requirements.
• Ensures learning governance, consistency and localization for regulatory and language differences.
