Qualifications

• Experience leading Learning & Development initiatives in consulting or professional services.
• Strong LMS platform management and program development experience.
• Knowledge management, process documentation, and information sharing proficiency.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Power BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead firmwide technical training and professional development programs.
• Develop leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
• Manage and optimize the LMS and knowledge management processes.
• Support SharePoint-based learning platforms and documentation.
• Coordinate compliance, certification, and continuing education programs.
• Track learning effectiveness with reporting and analytics.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled learning tools and new technologies.
• Collaborate with technical leaders, IT, and HR to scale programs.
