Lockheed Martin in Troy, MI seeks a Learning and Training Lead to oversee technical training across the site. You will drive program delivery, analyze metrics to identify learning needs, and guide trainers to ensure up-to-date modules for the workforce.

The role includes acting as the Learning System Administration SME, partnering with Talent & Organizational Capability, and supporting continuous improvement and audit readiness across the site.

Qualifications

• Previous production operations/manufacturing experience.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries.
• Proficiency with data analytics/analysis in support ROI success.
• Strong business software skills (e.g. MS Office Suite and website/data warehouse applications).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical training for the Troy Operations site.
• Use site metrics to identify training needs.
• Lead trainers on site in the delivery of technical training.
• Partner with other functions to analyze deficiencies and develop training programs.
• Serve as Learning System Administration SME for the site.
• Collaborate with RMS Talent & Organizational Capability on critical skills and workforce planning.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and audit preparation across the site.
