Johnson Controls seeks an Associate Director, Learning & Development, Manufacturing & Global Supply Chain to design, develop, and deploy enterprise manufacturing learning programs across the global plant network.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, HR, and Business System leaders to identify workforce capability needs and drive adoption of enterprise standards to improve readiness and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in learning, workforce capability, enablement, technical training, talent development, organizational development, or related disciplines within large, complex organizations.
• Experience supporting frontline, technical, operational, industrial, engineering, manufacturing, field, or skilled-worker populations.
• Experience developing role-based learning architectures, technical curricula, qualification frameworks, certification programs, onboarding systems, or workforce readiness initiatives.
• Demonstrated success partnering with operational leaders to identify capability needs and implement scalable learning solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise learning strategy and roadmap for production workforce capability across the global plant network.
• Identify capability gaps and align development efforts with safety, quality, productivity, and time-to-proficiency goals.
• Develop and continuously improve learning architectures and pathways for manufacturing roles.
• Govern learning products, curricula priorities, and governance processes across regions and plants.
• Coordinate with content owners to align priorities and ensure adoption of enterprise learning standards.
• Apply Johnson Controls Business System principles to manufacturing learning and drive continuous improvement.
