What You Will Do
Lead Learning Strategy & Workforce Capability
Define and execute a learning strategy aligned with business goals, partnering with Operations, Safety, and HR to assess workforce needs, improve time to competency, develop leadership pipelines, and build sustainable skilled-trade and apprenticeship programs.
Drive Compliance & Technical Excellence
Oversee safety, regulatory, certification, and technical training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to perform safely and effectively. Lead the company’s aftermarket service technician's technical training center, providing high-quality product and equipment training for internal teams and external customers while supporting customer success and revenue growth.
Build & Scale Technical Talent
Develop skills frameworks and training programs that strengthen industrial manufacturing capability across critical roles. Partner with Operations and external training institutions to support apprenticeship and skilled-trade development and build a sustainable pipeline of technical talent.
Leverage Learning Technology & Insights
Lead the company’s LMS, LXP, and digital learning tools to create a scalable learning environment. Convert operational knowledge, technical procedures, and best practices into accessible learning resources and use data and KPI reporting to measure effectiveness and support workforce decisions.

Our employees are the key to our success and help us stand out from our competitors. The base pay range for this role is $120,000 to $145,000. The final compensation offer may vary based on factors such as experience, education, skills, and location. We offer competitive pay, paid time off, and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
