You will integrate AI, apply learning science and human-centered design, coach leaders, and partner with executives to tie learning to frontline performance across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of instructional design and development experience.
• At least 5 years of project/program management or a combination (planning, executing, tracking, reporting).
• At least 5 years of client consulting experience.
• At least 5 years of people management.

Responsibilities

• Champion AI integration to accelerate content creation and maintenance.
• Foster an innovative culture with agile methodologies.
• Collaborate on strategy with operational and frontline stakeholders.
• Lead the Design CoE and optimize resource allocation.
• Design learning solutions using adult learning science and human-centered design.
• Drive learning metrics using data from operational systems.
• Manage scope, timelines, and budgets while mitigating risks.
