Marqeta, Inc. is seeking an experienced Director of IT Operations to deliver reliable, scalable IT services that power day-to-day business operations.

You will lead global helpdesk, end-user compute strategy, and collaboration platform management to keep employees productive and secure. This hybrid role requires three days per week at the Oakland, CA office, with a player-coach mindset and hands-on support for complex tickets and strategic planning.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in IT with 3+ years in people management
• Proven incident management and SLA ownership
• Hands-on endpoint management and hardware lifecycle

• Lead helpdesk operations and VIP IT support functions
• Own incident management and escalation processes
• Define and execute end-user compute strategy including imaging, deployment and asset management
• Lead endpoint engineering for standardized device configurations and security compliance
• Own strategy and administration of Google Workspace, Slack, Box, Jira and related SaaS tools
