Marqeta seeks a Product Manager for the Dashboard & Enterprise Operational Platforms to support strategy, development, and evolution of systems powering financial operations at scale. You’ll own the dashboard used by customers, partners, and internal teams to manage card programs, investigate transactions, and monitor performance.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Risk, Compliance, CX, and Data to deliver impact, with opportunities to introduce AI-driven automation and improve

Competenze

• 3-5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience building tools for operations teams (support, risk, disputes, program management).
• Experience with operational dashboards, case management systems, or support tooling.

Mansioni

• Own the roadmap for the Marqeta Dashboard and enterprise platforms.
• Design and ship intuitive, workflow-driven experiences with Engineering and Design.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for operational visibility and governance.
