Job summary

Allegiant is seeking a Senior Manager of Internal Communications to lead the development and execution of comprehensive internal communications for 9,000+ Team Members across 22+ locations. You will shape messaging, oversee multiple channels, and partner with executive leadership to drive culture and organizational alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field as listed.
• Minimum eight (8) years of HR Generalist experience with emphasis in Employee/Labor relations.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide communication initiatives.
• Experience communicating with geographically dispersed frontline and deskless workforces.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and culture priorities.
• Oversee channels, content calendars, newsletters, intranet content, and internal messaging.
• Lead teams and partner with leaders to deliver timely, clear communications across audiences.
• Drive employee engagement, listening programs, and feedback channels to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with HR, Culture & Engagement, and executive leadership to support change initiatives.
• Evaluate communication effectiveness using analytics and engagement metrics.
