Job summary

Aeroflow Health seeks an Internal Communications Coordinator to join our Employee Experience & Engagement team, shaping messaging for a multi-site workforce and driving engagement initiatives. You will craft content for intranets, newsletters, and digital channels, ensuring messages align with company priorities and culture.

The role requires strong writing, content planning, and the ability to collaborate with leadership across the organization to enhance the employee experience and recognition

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
• 3+ years in internal communications or similar corporate role.
• Proven ability to translate strategies into clear, engaging messages.
• Strong writing and content creation skills for employee messaging.
• Experience managing digital platforms such as intranets, newsletters, or email updates.
• Ability to assist in content planning and maintain an editorial calendar.
• Comfortable working with leadership to refine messaging for employees.
• Basic analytics knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in a company with remote employees or multiple locations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and Manage Internal Content: Develop compelling content for intranet, newsletters, slides, and other internal channels to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Assist in Content Planning & Editorial Calendars: Support timelines and align messages with company priorities.
• Enhance Internal Communication Channels: Maintain and update digital platforms with clear, accessible messaging.
• Promote Employee Engagement Programs: Partner with Engagement Team to highlight recognition programs and events.
• Measure Impact & Gather Feedback: Track engagement metrics and employee feedback to refine communications.
• Ensure Brand & Culture Alignment: Support messaging reflecting Aeroflow’s values and culture.
• Compliance awareness: Knowledge of laws and policies; compliance is part of job performance.
• Other duties as assigned.
