Alaska Airlines seeks a Senior Employee Communications Manager to act as the subject matter expert for employee communications strategy across Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, and Horizon Air. You will partner with leadership to shape long-term plans, craft high-quality content, and provide counsel across divisions.

You will own writing assignments for executives, intranet content, newsletters, and presentations, ensuring timely delivery and impactful messaging aligned with company priorities.

Qualifikationen

• 7 years of experience in corporate communications or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in communications or equivalent, or two years of additional relevant training/experience.
• Experience with cross-functional project management and resource planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills in groups of varying sizes.
• Ability to influence across levels without direct reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
