Job summary

Allegiant Air in Las Vegas seeks a Senior Manager, Internal Communications to lead the development and execution of internal programs for 9,000+ Team Members across 22 locations, ensuring information is timely, clear, and engaging.

You will partner with executive leadership, HR, Culture & Engagement, and operations to align messaging with priorities, drive two-way feedback, and advance our culture through storytelling, metrics, and digital workplace initiatives.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications.
• Three+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise initiatives.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, intranet platforms, survey technologies, and internal communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies that align with business objectives and culture priorities.
• Support enterprise initiatives and organizational changes through effective planning and execution.
• Establish messaging standards, frameworks, and best practices; serve as senior editor for internal comms.
• Partner with leaders to deliver timely communications that support business needs.
• Lead frontline and workforce communications, including segmentation and digital channels.
