Job summary

You will oversee analytics, reporting, data governance, and vendor relationships, partnering with IT, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to align HR data with enterprise goals.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in HR tech and analytics, strong leadership, and hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and predictive analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in HR technology, people analytics, HR operations, or related.
• 5+ years leading teams or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise HR systems and major implementations.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS, reporting, integrations, and data governance; Workday preferred.
• Experience developing workforce reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Familiarity with AI applications, automation, and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and management of HR technology platforms.
• Oversee system initiatives, upgrades, integrations, testing, and change management.
• Establish processes, controls, and service standards for performance.
• Partner with IT, Payroll, Finance to support organizational needs.
• Manage access, data security, governance practices.

• Develop workforce data management, reporting, and analytics.

• Set standards for data accuracy, confidentiality, and retention.

• Collaborate to align workforce data with enterprise reporting.
• Explore predictive analytics for strategic planning.
