Job summary

Entegris seeks a Director of HR Technology & Digital AI Transformation to lead the HR Technology COE and partner with senior leaders to define strategy for Workday, payroll, analytics and emerging AI technologies.

The role focuses on governing global HR data, delivering scalable processes, and driving enterprise-wide transformation. A data-driven, strategic problem-solver is essential for global impact across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HR, IT, business or MIS.
• 12+ years of progressive HR technology/operations experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years in people leadership, preferably global/matrixed.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience leading enterprise technology operations strategy, governance, and large-scale transformation.
• Proven track record driving tech-enabled change in global organizations.
• Experience with Workday, HR systems, and AI-enabled processes.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy for HR technology at enterprise scale and influence senior leaders.
• Represent HR Operations and HR tech perspectives in cross-functional discussions across geographies.
• Define governance models to ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Own resolution of enterprise issues across HR systems like Workday and downstream tools.
• Drive AI, analytics, and emerging HR technologies to improve efficiency and experience.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to test, implement, and scale capabilities globally.
• Establish scalable HR operations standards, controls, and continuous improvement routines.
• Influence leaders across regions to adopt high-quality ways of working.
