• Minimum 8+ years in HR operations, analytics, or HR technology leadership.

• Strong workforce analytics, data governance, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive the HR technology strategy and roadmap.
• Govern HR systems with security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Lead HR operations improvements, automation, and process standardization.
