• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive HR experience in operations, business partnering, or leadership.
• At least 5 years of senior management experience leading managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum 5 years overseeing compensation and benefits programs.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws across multiple states.
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Advanced Excel and HR analytics experience.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the HR Operations strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary HR team spanning HR operations, business partnering, and employee relations.
• Coach and empower HR professionals and managers to foster a high-performing culture.
• Oversee HR operating model including HRIS, analytics, employee lifecycle processes, and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows with AI, automation, and technology.
• Lead compensation and benefits strategy, plan administration, and vendor management.
• Partner with executives to provide strategic HR guidance and data-driven recommendations.
• Oversee HR business partner services, employee relations, investigations, and performance management support.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across multiple states.
• Drive enterprise-wide people initiatives and leadership development programs.
• Measure and report on HR program effectiveness using workforce analytics.
