Jobgether is seeking an HRIS Business Operations Manager based in the United States. You will lead the organization’s HR technology ecosystem with a focus on Dayforce HCM, overseeing strategy, governance, integrations, and data governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HRIS or HR technology experience.
• Experience with Dayforce or a comparable HCM platform.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience leading complex system implementations and integrations.
• Strong data governance, security, and access controls knowledge.
• Ability to operate across remote, hybrid, and office environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead HRIS strategy, governance, and optimization across the enterprise.
• Oversee Dayforce, Deltek Vantagepoint, iCIMS integrations and data flows.
• Develop and mentor the HRIS team and service delivery improvements.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance to translate needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Drive data governance, security, and control practices across systems.
• Manage enterprise technology projects, change management, and deployments.
