Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Director to lead all housekeeping and laundry operations across a hotel, driving cleanliness standards, guest satisfaction, and team performance. You will work with Front Office, Engineering, Operations, and leadership to exceed guest expectations and manage budgets.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive housekeeping, hotel operations, or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations, room inspection standards, inventory and labor management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead housekeeping and laundry operations across guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop housekeeping teams to drive excellence.
• Ensure cleanliness, presentation, sanitation and brand standards are consistently met.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, cleanliness scores, and inspections to identify improvements.
• Oversee budgets, inventory, linen management and vendor relationships.
• Partner with Front Office and hotel leadership to ensure seamless operations.
