Job summary
Anthropic seeks a seasoned Manager for Healthcare and Life Sciences Solutions Architecture within Applied AI. You will lead a pre-sales team that partners with account executives to help customers adopt Anthropic products, including Claude Code, Cowork, Claude Science, and the Claude Development Platform.
You’ll hire, mentor, and scale a team while driving strategic engagements with healthcare incumbents. The role requires 7+ years in solutions architecture or pre-sales, 3+ years in pre-sales
Qualifications
- 7+ years as Solutions Architect or similar pre-sales role.
- 3+ years in technical pre-sales management.
- Experience selling to Healthcare & Life Sciences customers.
- Deep technical depth in enterprise AI and integrations.
- GTM experience with consumption-based models.
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a pre-sales Solutions Architect team.
- Set performance goals with sales and cross-functional teams.
- Advise strategic customers on AI adoption strategies.
- Partner with sales leadership to drive product adoption in verticals.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to address blockers.
