Anthropic is seeking a seasoned manager to lead the Solutions Architect team within Applied AI Enterprise Tech. You will hire, grow, and coach pre-sales engineers, align goals with sales, and sponsor strategic customer engagements for Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and the API.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to shape adoption strategies, travel to customer sites, and drive AI at scale with safety and reliability in mind.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in pre-sales roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• 3+ years of technical pre-sales management experience.
• Deep proficiency with enterprise AI use cases, API integrations, and LLM deployments.
• Strong ability to scale teams and lead across ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and executive relationship-building.
