Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Director of Service and Release Management to oversee execution, governance, and integrity of live and in-flight services within Global Services. You will lead SDMOs, Project Managers, and Release Managers to ensure repeatable processes, strong delivery performance, and clear customer communications across NAM, EMEA, and APAC.

You will own the maturity agenda, drive standardized playbooks, and partner with cross-functional teams to balance delivery capacity,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in service delivery or technology operations.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL practices, incident/change/release management.
• Experience coordinating delivery across engineering, infrastructure, operations, and vendors.
• Strong track record with customers and customer-facing teams, executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead SDMOs, Project Managers, and Release Managers across Global Services.
• Define and drive a culture of operational discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with regional heads of Customer Success to align with regional commitments.
• Own maturity roadmap for Service Delivery, Project Management, and Release Management.
• Manage forward release/change calendar and ensure readiness across environments.
• Represent the function in senior leadership forums and governance committees.
