Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a Director, Service and Release Management to own operational execution and release integrity across the Global Services portfolio. You will lead SDMOs, PMs, and Release Managers, partnering with regional Customer Success heads to ensure delivery aligns with commitments.

This senior role requires ITIL mastery, 10+ years of service delivery and strong cross-functional leadership across NAM, EMIA, and APAC, with a focus on governance, escalations, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of service delivery, program management, or operations in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Deep knowledge of ITIL practices and their live-service applications.
• Experience leading release governance and cross-program delivery.
• Proven ability to work with customers and customer-facing teams at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead SDMOs, project managers, and release managers across Global Services.
• Define and implement mature processes, playbooks, and governance across functions.
• Bridge delivery execution with regional customer success teams and executives.
• Coordinate forward release calendars and ensure end-to-end readiness.
• Manage escalations and drive continuous improvement in delivery outcomes.
• Partner with Ops, engineering, and vendors to ensure successful releases.
