Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related discipline.
10+ years in service delivery, program management, or technology operations.
5+ years in a senior leadership role managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Deep working knowledge of ITIL practices: Incident, Problem, Change, Release Management.
Experience coordinating delivery with customers, engineering, and vendors in enterprise settings.

Responsibilities

Lead SDMOs, Project Managers, and Release Managers across the Global Services portfolio.
Set performance expectations and ensure consistent execution across regions and programs.
Own maturity roadmaps for Service Delivery, Project Management, and Release Management.
Coordinate forward release calendars and change governance with cross-functional partners.
Represent the function in senior leadership forums and customer-facing briefings.
