Cribl is seeking a Head of Corporate Events to lead global events strategy and a 4‑5 person team. You will own CriblCon, the annual Company Kickoff, and President’s Club, while managing a multi‑million dollar budget and a 12‑14 show calendar across time zones.

You will partner with executive leadership to plan high‑visibility moments, ensuring brand alignment and strong pipeline impact, with travel expected to about 40%.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in corporate events or event marketing.
• 3+ years directly managing a team.
• Experience owning multi-million dollar budgets.
• Proven track record with global tradeshow programs.
• Ability to work with senior executives and high-visibility environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4‑5 corporate events professionals, setting goals and coaching.
• Own end-to-end planning of CriblCon, Company Kickoff, and President’s Club.
• Set strategy and manage a global tradeshow calendar (12–14 shows/year).
• Own and manage a multi‑million dollar events budget with Finance.
• Partner with executive leadership to plan high‑visibility moments and ensure flawless execution.
