Cribl is seeking a Head of Corporate Events to lead a team of 4–5 professionals and own CriblCon, the annual kickoff, and the President’s Club. You’ll manage a 12–14 show global calendar, coordinate with executives, and drive brand presence with a scalable event strategy.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Finance to forecast, report, and optimize a multi-million dollar events budget across time zones, travel, and venues. This role suits a calm, decisive leader who thrives on scale.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate events, field marketing, or event marketing.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing a team.
• Experience owning and managing multi-million dollar budgets, including forecasting and cross-functional reporting with Finance.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior executives in high-visibility settings.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and Exec stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of corporate events professionals.
• Own end-to-end planning and execution of CriblCon, Company Kickoff, and President’s Club.
• Manage Cribl’s global tradeshow calendar (12-14 shows/year).
• Oversee a multi-million dollar events budget with cross-functional reporting.
• Partner with executives to plan high-visibility moments and ensure on-site execution.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to reflect Cribl’s brand and GTM goals.
• Develop event strategy, processes, and playbooks for scale.
• Manage vendor/agency relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize efficiency.
• Define and report event success metrics (attendance, pipeline/revenue influence).
• Represent events in marketing leadership discussions.
