Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Head of Corporate Events to lead the team and strategy behind high-visibility moments, including CriblCon, annual Company Kickoff, and President’s Club. You’ll manage a multi‑million dollar budget and a team of 4–5, collaborating with executives to shape events that drive pipeline and engagement.

You’ll own end‑to‑end planning across a 12–14 show calendar, partner with cross‑functional teams, and travel up to ~40% to deliver memorable experiences on a global stage.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in corporate events, field marketing, or event marketing.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing a team.
• Experience owning multi‑million dollar budgets with forecasting and cross‑functional reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4–5 corporate events professionals.
• Own end‑to‑end planning and execution of CriblCon, annual Kickoff, and President’s Club.
• Set strategy and manage the global tradeshow calendar (12–14 shows/year).
• Own and manage a multi‑million dollar events budget with senior leadership.
• Partner with executive leadership to plan high‑visibility moments and navigate pace.
