Cribl is hiring a Head of Corporate Events to shape and lead our global events program. You’ll own CriblCon, our annual kickoff, and the President’s Club, while steering a 12–14 show calendar and a multi‑million dollar budget.

You’ll partner with executives and cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency and strong pipeline impact across geographies. The role requires 8–10+ years in events, 3+ years of team leadership, and a calm, decisive leadership style for high‑visibility

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in corporate events or event marketing.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience owning multi‑million dollar budgets with Finance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4–5 corporate events professionals and set goals.
• Own end‑to‑end planning of CriblCon, Company Kickoff, and President’s Club.
• Manage Cribl’s global tradeshow calendar (12–14 shows/year).
• Oversee multi‑million dollar events budget in partnership with execs.
• Collaborate with executives to plan high‑visibility moments and on‑site execution.
• Build cross‑functional partnerships to reflect Cribl’s brand and GTM goals.
• Develop event strategy, processes, and playbooks at scale.
• Negotiate with venues, production, and travel vendors; manage contracts.
• Define and report on event success metrics (pipeline, attendance, budget).
• Represent events in marketing leadership discussions; adapt to time zones.
