Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Head of Corporate Events to lead its global events program, including CriblCon, the annual kickoff, and President’s Club. You will manage a team of 4–5 events professionals, own the international tradeshow calendar, and partner with executives to deliver high‑impact moments.

You will oversee a multi‑million dollar budget, collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams, and travel up to 40% to key events.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in corporate events or event marketing.
• 3+ years directly managing a team.
• Experience owning multi‑million dollar budgets, including forecasting and cross‑functional reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4‑5 corporate events professionals, setting goals and building team culture.
• Own end‑to‑end planning and execution of CriblCon, annual Kickoff, and President’s Club.
• Set strategy and manage execution across Cribl’s global tradeshow calendar (12–14 shows/year).
• Own and manage a multi‑million dollar events budget with Finance and leadership.
• Partner with executives to plan high visibility moments and ensure on‑time delivery and quality.
