Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Head of Corporate Events to lead a 4–5 person team and own end‑to‑end planning for CriblCon, annual kickoff, and President’s Club. You’ll drive the global tradeshow calendar with 12–14 shows annually, ensuring brand consistency and pipeline impact.

You will manage multi‑million dollar budgets, partner with executives, and scale event strategy across cross‑functional teams in a remote-first environment, with ~40% travel.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in corporate events, field marketing, or event marketing.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing a team.
• Experience owning multi‑million dollar budgets with forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4–5 corporate events professionals, setting goals, providing coaching, and building team culture.
• Own end‑to‑end planning and execution of CriblCon, Company Kickoff, and President’s Club.
• Set strategy and manage execution across Cribl’s global tradeshow calendar (12–14 shows per year).
