Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Head of Corporate Events to lead a team of 4–5 and own a multi‑million dollar events program. You’ll drive end‑to‑end execution for CriblCon, our annual kickoff, and President’s Club, while coordinating a 12–14 show global calendar with executive engagement and strong brand presence.

You’ll partner with Finance and the VP of Corporate Marketing to forecast and report on event performance, and build scalable playbooks across Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate events or event marketing with global programs.
• 3+ years directly managing and developing a team.
• Experience owning multi-million dollar budgets and reporting with Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of CriblCon, annual kickoff, and President’s Club.
• Set strategy and manage Cribl’s global tradeshow calendar with executive engagement.
• Own a multi-million dollar events budget and forecast performance.
• Partner with executive leadership to stage high-visibility moments on-site and virtually.
• Build cross-functional playbooks and scale event processes as the company grows.
• Manage vendors, venues, contracts, and travel logistics to maximize value.
