Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Head of Corporate Events to lead a team of 4–5 and shape the strategy behind CriblCon, the annual Kickoff, and the President’s Club. You’ll own a multi‑million dollar events budget and manage a 12–14 show global calendar with strong executive engagement.

Collaborating across Marketing, Sales, Comms, and Finance, you’ll build scalable processes, negotiate vendors, and report on attendance, pipeline influence, and budget performance.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in corporate events or event marketing.
• Minimum 3 years directly leading a team.
• Experience managing multi‑million dollar event budgets.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior executives.
• Willingness to travel ~40% of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4–5 corporate events professionals.
• Own end‑to‑end planning and execution of CriblCon, the annual Kickoff, and the President’s Club.
• Manage Cribl’s global tradeshow calendar and budget with cross‑functional partners.
• Define event success metrics and report outcomes.
