Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Head of Corporate Events to lead a global events program, including CriblCon, Company Kickoff, and President's Club. You’ll guide a team of 4-5 professionals, manage a multi‑million dollar budget, and partner with executives to shape high-visibility moments across 12–14 tradeshow shows per year.

You'll work in a remote-first company, travel ~40% and build scalable event strategy with cross-functional stakeholders, delivering measurable pipeline impact and brand elevation.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate events, field marketing, or event marketing.
• 3+ years directly managing and developing a team.
• Experience owning and managing multi-million dollar budgets, including forecasting and cross-functional reporting.
• Excellent ability to work with senior executives in high-visibility environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 4-5 corporate events professionals, setting goals and coaching.
• Own end-to-end planning and execution of Cribl's flagship events (CriblCon, Company Kickoff, President's Club).
• Set strategy and manage execution across Cribl's global tradeshow calendar (12-14 shows per year).
• Own and manage a multi-million dollar events budget with Finance, including forecasting and reporting.
• Partner with executive leadership to plan high-visibility moments and manage on-site execution.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to ensure events reflect Cribl's brand and GTM goals.
