Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Head of Corporate Events to lead our global events program, including CriblCon, annual Kickoff, and President’s Club. You’ll manage a 4–5 person team, own a multi‑million dollar budget, and partner with executives to craft moments that drive brand and pipeline across a 12–14 show calendar.

You will shape event strategy, scale processes, and collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Finance while traveling roughly 40% to execute on high‑visibility moments.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in corporate events or event marketing with global programs.
• 3+ years directly managing and developing a team.
• Experience owning multi-million dollar budgets, forecasting and cross-functional reporting.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives in high-visibility environments.
• Willingness to travel around 40% of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 4–5 person corporate events team, setting goals and coaching.
• Own end-to-end planning of CriblCon, Company Kickoff, and President’s Club.
• Manage Cribl’s global tradeshow calendar (12–14 shows/year) with consistent brand presence and pipeline impact.
• Own and manage a multi-million dollar events budget with Finance and VP.
• Collaborate with executives to plan high-visibility moments and executive-level timing.
• Build cross-functional partnerships across Comms, Brand & Creative, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, ProdEng, and Sales.
• Evolve event strategy and playbooks to scale with company growth.
• Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for budget efficiency.
