Job summary

Zendesk seeks a Senior Director to set the global direction for AI Services Consulting and lead leaders who shape strategy and delivery. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and executives to drive measurable customer outcomes at scale.

You will own the portfolio strategy, governance, and operating rhythm for AI engagements, ensuring staffing, capacity, and margin are optimized while enabling repeatable, scalable delivery across geographies.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead through leaders and build high-performing global teams.
• Deep fluency in AI-enabled customer service workflows and governance.
• Experience defining playbooks, KPIs, and executive operating rhythms.
• Track record shaping portfolios, investments, and delivery risk.
• Ability to translate customer strategy into AI services and roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional influence across Sales, Product, Engineering.
