The Charles Schwab Corporation seeks a Director of Fraud Data, Analytics & Insights to shape how we measure, govern, and use data for fraud-risk decisions. You will lead a federated analytics model across business, technology, and risk, delivering insights, dashboards, and governance across the firm.

You will build a high-performing team focused on business intelligence, data quality, and executive transparency, partnering with stakeholders to translate data into strategic actions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics, BI, or risk-management experience in a complex environment.
• 5+ years of people leadership including coaching and talent development.
• Ability to transform data into actionable recommendations for executives.
• Proven success in organizing fragmented data and creating consistent metrics.
• Experience building executive dashboards and governance reporting.
• Strong communication to influence across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics, measurement, and decision-support across fraud risk domains.
• Develop program scorecards, KPIs, and reporting standards for leadership.
• Govern data quality, governance, and enterprise data assets adoption.
• Partner with technology, product, data, and finance stakeholders.
• Coach and build a high-performing analytics and governance team.
• Present concise narratives and visuals to drive decisions.
