Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Director of Retail Digital Analytics to lead a team of analytics professionals supporting Investor Services, Client Service & Support, and Retail Experience. You will translate business questions into actionable insights and drive data-driven decisions across Schwab’s digital channels.

This role focuses on business strategy, digital data, and insights, with leadership of a federated analytics model embedded in Retail and adherence to enterprise data standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics, insights, data governance or related work.
• 5+ years leading and developing analytical talent.
• Proven partnership with senior leaders across functions.
• Experience building dashboards and reports with BI tools.
• Familiarity with AB testing and experimentation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for digital analytics across Retail and align with business priorities.
• Lead and mentor a high‑caliber analytics team, growing data fluency and AI adoption.
• Partner with Retail Digital partners to define success metrics and deliver solutions.
• Illuminate digital client experiences using engagement data and journeys.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to track program health and impact.
• Oversee BI dashboards and reporting using Tableau/Power BI for recurring insights.
• Lead in-depth analyses to inform strategic and operational decisions.
• Guide SQL data queries ensuring accuracy and governance.
• Collaborate with data engineering and governance peers for scalable solutions.
