Charles Schwab seeks a Director to lead Fraud Program Strategy, Governance & Operations. This role shapes prioritization, governance, and investments across Fraud initiatives, coordinating with Business, Technology, and Risk teams to reduce risk while preserving client experience.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will translate strategy into actionable plans, build a centralized, scalable function, and drive accountability for outcomes in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in fraud portfolio management, business operations, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated success building governance and operating models translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Experience establishing centralized enterprise functions with structure and accountability.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Exceptional executive communication skills with strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own program governance and decision-making frameworks.
• Define and mature the centralized strategy and governance capability.
• Coordinate fraud prevention, authentication, identity verification, and risk capabilities across functions.
• Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and prioritized investments.
• Partner with Business, Product, Technology, Operations, Finance and Risk stakeholders.
• Shape the fraud technology roadmap and guide buy-vs-build decisions.
