Job summary

Schwab is seeking a Director, Fraud Program Strategy, Governance & Operations to shape how the Fraud program prioritizes, governs, and funds initiatives. You will coordinate fraud prevention, authentication, identity verification, and risk capabilities across the firm, partnering with Business, Risk, Technology, and Operations for end-to-end solutions.

• 10+ years in fraud portfolio management, operations, strategy execution, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading teams in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Own governance frameworks and ensure timely, transparent decisions aligned to strategic objectives.
• Drive strategy, prioritization, planning, and execution across fraud program investments.
• Coordinate fraud prevention, authentication, and risk capabilities across Business, Technology, and Risk teams.
• Develop executive communications articulating portfolio priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and outcomes.
