Job summary

Databricks seeks a Digital Native Solutions Architect team manager to grow and develop a team of SAs, driving adoption of the Databricks Platform at large tech customers. You will lead best practices across workloads and represent Databricks as a technical leader with major clients.

Reporting to the head of Solutions Architects for the Strategic Digital Native BU, you will collaborate with sales, services, product, and engineering to deliver solutions and outcomes for highly technical customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in the data space with a technical product.
• 3+ years leading technical customer-facing teams in a high-growth environment.
• History of growing strategic accounts and exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Hire and develop a team of deeply technical Solutions Architects.
• Adapt the SA team's skills and engagement model for digital native customers.
• Meet or exceed targets by technical qualification, use-case identification, and proof of concepts.
• Travel to customer sites for executive sessions, workshops, and relationship building.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, services, and sales to ensure customer success.
• Stay current with emerging Data and AI trends in the digital native space.
