Job summary

Otsuka seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics to join a high-performing team delivering actionable insights across CNS products. You will partner with marketing, sales, and leadership to shape brand strategies using IQVIA and internal data, while managing analytics budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to translate analytical findings into meaningful insights.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of syndicated pharmaceutical datasets (IQVIA, Symphony, Market Access Data).
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with R/SAS; knowledge of data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as a proactive business partner informing decisions through analyses and insights.
• Use syndicated and internal data to assess brand and market performance.
• Think critically to solve complex business questions using internal and external data.
• Partner with brand/marketing to identify opportunities and share insights via secondary data mining.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics with market research.
• Work with sales ops and forecasting to communicate brand strategy and insights across the org.
• Support market opportunity assessments, trend analyses, and competitive research.
• Develop and operationalize ongoing reporting and KPI tracking for brand strategy.
• Manage third-party vendors and consultants involved in analytics.
• Advance advanced modeling and analytic methods with stakeholders.
