You will partner with marketing, sales, and operations to translate complex data into actionable strategies, leveraging IQVIA and internal data to shape brand performance and market opportunities.

The role requires strong statistical and visualization skills, 5+ years in pharma analytics, and the ability to navigate a matrix organization with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and ability to translate analytical findings into insights.
• Experience with syndicated pharma datasets (IQVIA, Symphony, Market Access Data) or similar.
• Proficiency in SQL and statistical tools (R, SAS); data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Function as a proactive business partner to inform decisions through analyses and insights.
• Leverage large pharmaceutical data sets to assess brand and market performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics with market research and intelligence.
• Develop and maintain reporting, metrics, and KPIs to track brand strategy and market dynamics.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure timely, robust analytics outputs.
• Communicate insights clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
