thyssenkrupp Materials NA is seeking a Senior Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the development of sales organization and market strategies for assigned product lines and regions. You will hire, coach, and manage the sales team while driving pricing, discounts, and customer expansion.

The role emphasizes executive-level relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area of study.
• At least seven years sales and marketing experience in the industry.
• Ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team oriented environment.
• Established contacts and relationships within comparable industries.
• Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of the sales organization for assigned product line or region.
• Drive the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• Hire, train, manage, and develop the sales force and supporting administrative staff.
• Benchmark pricing data and develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions.
• Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding the company's customer base.
• Manage overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales management.
• This is a position that works directly on or around motor vehicle equipment.
