The role emphasizes building OEM relationships, directing activities to grow presence in the segment, and managing team performance. MBA and 10+ years in sales/management are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Sales/Marketing/Business Admin.
• Extensive sales/business development experience, product knowledge and expertise.
• Extensive industry knowledge.
• 10 years of experience in sales and management roles.
• MBA is a plus/Preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive growth and profitability strategy for the segment.
• Coordinate with District Sales Managers, Pricing Director, Product Managers, and Operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key OEMs in the segment.
• Monitor sales and marketing activity to drive performance.
• Hire, train, and develop sales staff as needed.
