Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials NA in Lawton, OK seeks an executive to direct and manage all sales, marketing, and business development operations, including pricing, compensation, and distribution strategy, driving growth and profitability across the organization.

You will oversee the development of the sales organization for the assigned product line or region, execute comprehensive sales and marketing plans, hire and develop the team, and maintain key customer relationships to expand the customer base

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area of study.
• At least seven years sales and marketing experience in the industry.
• Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
• Established contacts and relationships within comparable industries.
• Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of the sales organization for assigned product line or region.
• Drive the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• Hire, train, manage, and develop the sales force and supporting administrative staff.
• Benchmark pricing data and develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions.
• Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
• Manage overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales management.
• This is a position that works directly on or around motor vehicle equipment.
