• 7+ years outside sales or business development in metal fabrication.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and customer requirements.
• Strong estimating, quoting, and contract negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new fabrication opportunities.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare quotations and proposals meeting customer specs.
• Collaborate with inside sales and operations for project execution.
• Maintain sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines.
