Job summary

thyssenkrupp Materials NA seeks a senior sales leader to direct and manage all sales, marketing, and business development operations, shaping market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, and distribution strategy to achieve growth and profitability.

You will oversee the development of the sales organization for the assigned product line or region, drive strategy execution, hire and develop staff, benchmark pricing, expand the customer base, and set performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area.
• Minimum seven years sales and marketing experience in the industry.
• Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels.
• Strong collaboration across teams to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development of the sales organization for the assigned product line or region.
• Drive development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• Hire, train, manage, and develop the sales force and supporting administrative staff.
• Benchmark pricing data and develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms and conditions.
• Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
• Manage overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales management.
• This position works directly on or around motor vehicle equipment.
